Implement automatic speech recognition that will transcribe all English audio to text after uploading audio file or if an integration exist or is planned to automatically add meeting audio to audio section then a transcription is triggered.
Transcription can be added to private or public notes or a separate section which can be edited and pushed either to notes which can then be published to MoM.
Automated transcription has limitations, but are perfect for tight deadlines when you need a rough draft. Coordinator can then read and correct transcription to be added to MoM.
Otter.ai is pretty quick - and accurate. And can be semi-integrated with Zoom etc.
